Not been into the office today - did not even go and have my nails done  -  - - that's how rough I feel.

I am not too bad if I sit still - as soon as I try to get about I get all hot and dizzy.  Trying to cook a roast chicken dinner at the moment - sounds grand, but it's all frozen and tins (except the gravy - I do still make that)
