Scrapper's Delights new challenge - Luck of the Irish

Guess who has just bought a new circle cutter!!!

Just had to try it out.

I seem to be in experimantal mood at the moment.  I have left the image plain - but flooded the background with PVA and covered it with green glitter (yes - it is green - not blue!).  It gives an amazing 3D effect, with the image recessed for a change

- so pop over and join in - you don't haveto have a Delights image to add your project
