I used this 'Happy Witch' from Sassy Cherys Digisl.  I love playing with skin colours and halloween is the perfect excuse to be totally outlandish.  The skin tones are the Copics BG9x set - and I outlined the image with tiny strokes of a metallic green ink just as something a bit different for a change
