I used this logn cool drink image from the Copic Marker Scrapbooking site.  I printed the image twice and cut out just the top glass image.  Then I shaped it up and stuck it with silicon glue so that the glas really does shape out of the card front.  The colouring is copic - but in a wash type style - more like water colouring rather than the blended look
