http://www.xelacrafts.co.uk/ did it for me. It's not cheap to have just one made - clear acrylic, (you can have a whole A4 sheet done), but I only wanted this one. It is 5cm x 5cm and I want to put it the centre of the back of my cards. I am so pleased with it must pop over to Janet's and get an acrylic block so I can mount it permanently.
